Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of building services.
The Role
As the Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of equipment, including boilers, pumps, AHUs, BMS systems, distribution boards, lighting systems, and more.
* Work with subcontractors to complete statutory inspections and maintenance.
* Monitor and maintain compliance records using CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo).
* Deliver remedial works to high standards and support small projects and upgrades.
* Provide real-time updates to the Digital Hub to keep workflow on track.
* Assist with emergency responses, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
* Participate in on-call rotas and occasional weekend/out-of-hours work when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
* HND/NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services.
* At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical building services.
* IOSH Passport or CSCS Card.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office & CAFM/CMMS systems).
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
