My client, an award-winning manufacturer, is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join their team in Deeside. As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment within the production facility. The Role: * Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, accepting accountability for providing a superior engineering service to help meet operational goals. In order to meet site efficiency and performance standards, people and plant performance must be continuously improved. * Within skill levels, quickly identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and simple control and instrumentation issues. * Finish all assigned work to a high standard and be able to finish all maintenance on the installed asset base. * Contributing significantly to the engineering team while exhibiting the company's values and being adaptable enough to assist other groups or departments as needed. * Reporting any violations of the company's policies, procedures, or standards and assisting with efforts to take corrective action.
