Are you a talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic and expanding engineering team at a leading food manufacturing site in Lichfield. The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be part of a close-knit team responsible for maintaining specialist machinery and equipment across the site. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and ensure smooth factory operations. With a new production facility underway, this is a great time to join and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities * Maintain and repair production equipment and machinery * Perform site-wide preventative maintenance * Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime * Support factory start-up and equipment testing * Complete documentation accurately and on time

What We're Looking For * Recognised engineering qualification or apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * Strong multi-skilled background in both mechanical and electrical disciplines * Experience in a controlled manufacturing environment (food industry experience is a plus) * Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Understanding of statutory requirements and food safety * Proactive approach to health and safety
