Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

Candidate will be working Monday to Thursday (8am-4:45pm) and Friday (6am-12:30pm). This will be standard shift pattern however successful candidate will be open to shift rotation when required by the business

The work model for the role is #onsite at our Coleshill location.

* Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines.

* Diagnose and repair electrical faults including motors, sensors, control panels, etc

* Support mechanical maintenance activities (e.g., bearings, conveyors, pneumatics)

* Manages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

* Maintains tools and repairs equipment in good working condition.

* Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
