Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy solving mechanical and electrical challenges?About the Role:As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring high-speed production equipment operates at peak efficiency. Working on a rotating days/night shift pattern, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.Key Responsibilities:Perform reactive and planned maintenance on mechanical and electrical systemsDiagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtimeSupport installation and commissioning of new equipmentMaintain accurate records using CMMS and contribute to root cause analysisCollaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and performanceEnsure compliance with health & safety and quality standardsRequirements:Time-served engineer with NVQ Level 4 /HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering disciplineProven experience in a continuous process, manufacturing environmentProven experience with electrical control, PLC & automation systemsStrong fault-finding skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsFamiliarity with CMMS systems and continuous improvement tools (e.g. 5S, Kaizen)Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to high standards of workYou will be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation, safety, and teamwork plus ongoing training and career development opportunities.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from everyone, regardless of background, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, ethnicity, belief, age, family or parental status, and any other characteristic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
