Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)Location: Commutable from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Luton, Dunstable, Bedford, WellingboroughSalary: £50,000 – £55,000Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off – rotating Days and NightsInitial shift: Fixed days – 4-day working week with weekends off (until the new site opens) Overview We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a stable and growing manufacturing company. Initially, you will work a 4-day week with weekends off, transitioning to a 4 on 4 off rotating shift once the new site goes live in the New Year. Planned & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance across a range of production equipment, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery Breakdown Response: React promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and maintain production flow PPM Activities: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance Technical Involvement: Engage in root cause analysis and continuous improvement; experience with PLCs is a bonus

Ideal Candidate
Multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias Background in food manufacturing is beneficial but not essential Confident with both planned and reactive maintenance in a fast-paced environment Experience with PLCs and continuous improvement initiatives is desirable Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
