We are seeking a skilled

Network Design Engineer

to join a dynamic team working within the secure Defence and National Security sector. This role offers a blend of design, implementation, and support responsibilities across medium to large-scale network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement network solutions based on business and technical requirements Produce design documentation and diagrams Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support Troubleshoot technical issues and support defect resolution Collaborate with service and project teams to ensure successful delivery and handover Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of Cisco and/or Juniper technologies (minimum CCNA or JNCIA; CCNP preferred) Experience with routing protocols such as DNS, MPLS, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VPN Demonstrable experience in network device configuration and troubleshooting Ability to produce technical documentation and design collateral Understanding of project lifecycle from requirements gathering to operational deployment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 4 years' experience as a Network Engineer Comfortable working in secure environments and eligible for DV clearance Proactive, responsible, and capable of making quick decisions Benefits Include:
