What You'll Be Doing

- Leading technical service delivery and building relationships with customer operations teams - Owning and resolving complex technical issues using Cisco solutions - Diagnosing and managing technical incidents across Security, Collaboration, and DC stacks - Creating and using test environments for troubleshooting and compatibility checks - Writing clear technical documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team - Providing regular updates to stakeholders and maintaining solid incident records

What You Bring
