I’m working with an innovative blockchain company that’s growing fast and looking for a Network Engineer to help keep their validator network performing at its best.

This isn’t your usual network role - you’ll be hands-on at the center of a cutting-edge blockchain platform, working closely with top engineers to test, optimize, and strengthen the infrastructure that powers their ecosystem.

What you’ll do Implement, review & analyse network updates to ensure validator health Build and maintain testing environments for smooth upgrades Create and run performance & reliability tests Maintain connected tools and components (libraries, CLIs, monitoring) Communicate network changes with clear migration paths Drive improvements across network performance & KPIs

What they’re looking for Strong skills in Go (Golang), Solidity, Python, or TypeScript 3+ years of software development experience Familiar with EVM , smart contracts & blockchain fundamentals Solid grasp of network architecture & communication protocols Hands-on with testing best practices
