Are you a talented Network Engineer with a passion for problem-solving? We're looking for a motivated, CCNA-certified individual to join our growing team at a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP). This isn't your typical support role-you'll be at the forefront of both our day-to-day operations and exciting new projects. This is a remote position with occasional travel to client sites. What you'll do: Provide expert support for our clients' networks, tackling business-as-usual (BAU) issues and ensuring smooth operations.

Lead the technical delivery of new network projects, from design and implementation to handover.

Work with our sales team on occasional pre-sales activities, helping to design solutions that meet client needs.

Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers to maintain a high-performance, secure network environment for our diverse client base.

About you: You're a skilled Network Engineer with a strong understanding of routing, switching, and firewalls. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for turning complex technical problems into simple, elegant solutions. Experience with common vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet is a big plus. You must be CCNA certified.
