Lead Talent Consultant at Addition Solutions

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and optimising network infrastructure across global operations.
• Ensuring performance, availability, and resilience through switching, routing, and load balancing.
• Automating tasks with scripting tools such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Ansible.
• Supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments, including SD-WAN and hybrid networks.
• Working with Arista and Cisco solutions, plus Aruba wireless deployments.
• Implementing and supporting firewalls, VPNs, NAC, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.
• Leveraging AWS and Azure public cloud networking concepts.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning network performance with global tools.

Main Skills Needed

• Strong expertise in switching, routing, and load balancing.
• Hands-on experience with Arista and Cisco technologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN and SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SNMP, and related protocols.
• Familiarity with wireless networking, particularly Aruba.
• Cloud networking experience across AWS and Azure.
• Network security expertise including firewalls, proxies, and VPNs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• 8+ years’ experience in network infrastructure management.
• CCNP and/or Arista Certified Engineering Associate.
