Trusted Partners include Microsoft, HPE, Fortinet, Palo Alto & CrowdStrike as part of our NextDefense Cyber Security Portfolio.ResponsibilitiesSupport network and security infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN, Firewalls, Application/VPN, Delivery Controllers, etc.).Troubleshoot network issues and VPN management.Firewall policy management and maintenance of network documentation (diagrams, configurations, inventory).Day-to-day patching, maintenance and operation in secure environments.Continual improvement of systems based on changing demands.Liaise with various departments and coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and partners to support, maintain and implement these systems.QualificationsEssential: Experience with Cisco and Fortigate firewalls including configuration and management of firewall rules and VPN.Experience with enterprise DC/LAN/WAN network management.Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting and management tools.CCNA certification.Interpersonal SkillsArticulate and clear communicator; customer advocate.Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical personnel.Experience in report writing; meticulous with attention to detail.Interest in Continual Service Improvement; able to multitask and handle complex information.Additional InformationMust have the right to live and work in the UK.Access to own transport is essential due to location.Must meet Security Clearance vetting requirements (SC and NPPV3 vetting process). #J-18808-Ljbffr
