Network Infrastructure Engineer | Juniper, Palo Alto, Scripting, Azure Cloud | £85-95k plus annual bonus

This impressive, privately owned Investment Fund Manager is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join their small IT team in London. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will take ownership of ensuring high availability of a complex hybrid Cloud environment working with Juniper, Palo Alto firewalls, routers, switches, load balancing and WiFi access points. They have an Azure Cloud environment so experience with networking in this setup would be highly regarded and training will be provided as needed.

This role will be reporting to the Head of Infrastructure. You will need to have an interest in learning more about the Azure Cloud environment. Excellent communication skills are essential and the ability to work in the London office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of ensuring high availability of a complex hybrid Cloud environment.
  • Work with Juniper and Palo Alto firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers and WiFi access points.
  • Collaborate on networking in an Azure Cloud environment; training will be provided as needed.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Scripting experience in Terraform or PowerShell.
  • Experience with networking in an Azure Cloud environment is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work in the London office 4 days per week.

Offer

  • Base pay range £85,000 - £95,000 plus annual bonus (approximately 15% - 25%).
