We focus on five stakeholders—clients, people, partners, communities, and shareholders—putting our people at the heart of everything we do.The RoleAs a dedicated Network Security Engineer, the primary value of this role is to act as an escalation point for day-to-day BAU operations and to facilitate all aspects of remote and on-site solution support, advice, and consultation from fault resolution to system enhancements. You will also have the opportunity to work on client projects on an ad hoc basis to ensure client deliverables are met. This role requires a professional manner and strong technical acumen to reassure the client while demonstrating an uncompromising level of commitment to resolving issues within the Service Level Agreement.Location: St Pauls, London. Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office/client site; 1 day being Monday or Friday. Responsibilities and Requirements Advanced experience supporting Palo Alto SASE solutions including Prisma Access, Prisma Access Browser, SD-WAN, Strata Cloud Manager, NGFW VM Series Firewalls. Advanced experience supporting Cisco Meraki WLAN. Advanced experience supporting Cisco LAN (Catalyst 9000 Enterprise Routing/Switching, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, etc.). Intermediate experience supporting Azure Cloud Networking environments (desirable but not essential). Hands-on experience troubleshooting and optimising network performance. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (PCNSA/PCNSE, CCNP Routing & Switching, or Cisco Meraki CMNA). Strong willingness to learn.
