Up to £33,400 (includes location allowance) increasing to £38,800 with experience + £3,000 guaranteed bonus in your first year

At HomeServe, were looking for enthusiastic and motivated Newly Qualified Plumbing Engineers (NVQ level 2 equivalent) to join our growing team. Youll work alongside experienced plumbers, gain real-world experience in customers' homes, and benefit from training at our state-of-the-art academy.

What youll need:

Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) A full UK Driving Licence (with fewer than 6 penalty points) Strong customer service skills Some hands-on experience in a domestic plumbing environment A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Training & Career Support:

Weeks 12: Induction One-on-one Health & Safety training with SEC Weeks 314: Buddying 12 weeks shadowing a Senior Engineer Learn processes, procedures, and best practices 8 hours of coaching per week Weeks 1518: Supervised Practical Work Youll start working hands-on, under full supervision Focus on technical ability, customer service, and process compliance Weeks 1926: Supported Independence Lowered job targets to give you time to grow 8 hours coaching per week Week 27 onwards: Business as Usual Performance monitored, with ongoing coaching and support as needed Why HomeServe?
