The Role You will own the mechanical engineering NPI process, taking products from concept through design, prototyping, validation, and production handover. Your focus will be on design for manufacturability (DFM), reliability, cost optimisation, and quality. You will work cross-functionally with electronics, firmware, production, suppliers, and quality teams, ensuring that products are ready for low-to-medium volume, high-reliability manufacturing while maintaining speed to market.
