Offshore Engineer

Overview
Our ideal candidate will live within reasonable travelling distance of Kintore, as you will sometimes be required to work at our depot. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Offshore Engineer to join our existing team of highly skilled engineers to operate, inspect, maintain, service, repair and modify the company's assets.
Working to the highest standards you will at all times work in a safe manner to ensure the standards set by the company are met on all occasions.
You must be comfortable working offshore for extended periods of time.
Key Responsibilities
- To carry out the operation, inspection, maintenance, service, repair and modification to all company assets either at our base or client locations, on or offshore
- Working to company standards and procedures for the operation and maintenance of our assets on location
- Ensuring all asset maintenance paperwork is completed thoroughly
- Completing end of job reports accurately
- On occasion work in the Aberdeen base reporting to the workshop manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Flexibility to meet the working demands of the offshore industry
- Training and experience in mechanical or electrical is - Essential
- Have some knowledge of compressed air and steam equipment - Desirable
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Good problem solving skills and be able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
