An OHL (Overhead Line) Engineer is required to join a design consultancy to design OHL systems, including selection of structures, conductors and insulators, and to develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications and design documentation using AutoCAD and PLS-CADD. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to integrate design requirements into project plans, conducting site surveys and assessments, performing technical calculations and analysis, ensuring designs are compliant, reviewing and approving design modifications, and providing support during construction plus quality checking throughout construction.Location: St Austell, Cornwall (with travel elsewhere as required).Contract type: 1-year contract; Inside IR35.
