Working Hours: Ideally 5 days onsite and would be part of a rota working 1 in every 5 weekends too (with days in lieu)

Are you passionate about delivering seamless technical support and creating exceptional user experiences? We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT Services team in London.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide L1 & L2 support across our London sites, covering:
• Business applications (cloud, hosted, on-site)
• Network connectivity, Wi-Fi, telephony, printers, TVs, sound systems
• Device support (PC/Mac laptops, iPhones, iPads)
• Zoom rooms, PEDs/PDQs, building access control
• Conduct routine checks, audits, and site visits to ensure system stability
• Deliver focused support to C-Suite during UK site visits
• Maintain tidy and well-organized equipment rooms and racks
• Ensure compliance with best practices, legal standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR), and company policies
• Assist with installations, refurbishments, and new site openings
• Act as a technical liaison with third-party vendors and suppliers
• Use ITSM tools (Cherwell) to track and report incidents
• Collaborate globally with IT teams in the US, Europe, and Asia
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce support tickets through proactive solutions
• Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of systems and devices
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and vendor management
