Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Deliver AV support and troubleshoot urgent conference setup issues.
- Provide VIP-level support and ensure prioritized resolution of incidents.
- Execute IMAC activities, hardware replacements, and printer troubleshooting.
- Manage depot tasks including device imaging, configuration, and inventory handoff.
- Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in coordination with IT, HR, and Security.
- Document processes, SOPs, and ticket resolutions using ServiceNow.
Job Skills & Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint devices and peripherals.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, ProxyPro, and Microsoft Entra Self-Service.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- ITIL awareness and customer-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Certification: CompTIA A+ or equivalent required.
