Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Deliver AV support and troubleshoot urgent conference setup issues.
  • Provide VIP-level support and ensure prioritized resolution of incidents.
  • Execute IMAC activities, hardware replacements, and printer troubleshooting.
  • Manage depot tasks including device imaging, configuration, and inventory handoff.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding workflows in coordination with IT, HR, and Security.
  • Document processes, SOPs, and ticket resolutions using ServiceNow.

Job Skills & Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint devices and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, ProxyPro, and Microsoft Entra Self-Service.
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills.
  • ITIL awareness and customer-focused mindset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Certification: CompTIA A+ or equivalent required.
