and reliability in the most challenging environments. We're now looking for a
PCB Test & Repair Engineer
to join their highly skilled team at their North Yorkshire facility. The Role In this role, you'll be responsible for
testing, diagnosing, and repairing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
within a high-tech, fast-paced environment. You'll work with advanced diagnostic tools, carry out detailed fault-finding, and perform
hands-on repairs using specialist equipment. You'll collaborate closely with design and production teams, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Test PCBs using ATE, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic toolsAnalyse test results against design specificationsTroubleshoot and repair faults, including SMDs, through-hole components, and multi-layer boardsPerform soldering, rework, and component replacementMaintain detailed test and repair documentation, and provide feedback for continuous improvementCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality What We're Looking For ? Hands-on PCB testing, repair, and assembly experience? Strong soldering and rework skills (SMD & through-hole)? Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts? Knowledge of oscilloscopes, multimeters, and PCB test equipment? Great attention to detail, analytical mindset, and team player attitude Desirable: IPC-A-610 certificationExperience with analogue/digital electronics, microcontrollers, or power electronics2-3 years' experience in PCB testing & repair Why Apply?
