Job Title: Plant PDI Engineer (Workshop Based) 
Location: Bibury
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Salary: £14-17 p/hr DOE + Overtime – Company Bonus Scheme.

Job Description
On behalf of our client, a family-run Groundcare and Agricultural machinery business in Bibury, Gloucestershire. We are seeking a skilled Plant PDI Engineer. This role is perfect for an engineer with a solid background in engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrics who is ready to step into a key role. If you have experience working with Groundcare or small agricultural machinery, this could be a great next move.
As a Plant PDI Engineer, you’ll handle the assembly, inspection, and final checks on new machines before they reach clients. In this role, you’ll benefit from a structured training program with the manufacturer to help you advance your expertise.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Mechanically skilled with a knack for problem-solving
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with machinery, ideally in the Groundcare, agricultural, or plant sectors.
  • PDI experience is a plus, but not essential.
