About The Job You’re Considering

Our Platform Engineers are hands-on technical leaders who help shape and deliver cloud-native transformation projects. They drive automation, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps or SRE practices, while guiding agile teams to create innovative solutions that leverage the full potential of hyperscale partners and their ecosystems.

Your Role

As a Platform Engineer, you will:

• Mentor and collaborate with teams to drive progress and innovation
• Translate product visions into reality, enhancing developer experiences and enabling organizations to fully embrace cloud-native technologies
• Partner with strategy, enterprise architecture, and application teams to lead cloud automation and Kubernetes initiatives
• Inspire and support fellow engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, and continuous learning

Your Skills And Experience

We’re looking for individuals with:

• Practical experience in cloud technologies, infrastructure, operations, and exposure to Oracle DB and Services
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools, languages, and methods, with expertise in containers, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to share insights on emerging industry trends
• Experience mentoring or supporting the development of junior engineers
• Certification (or progress toward certification) with a major cloud service provider—we’re happy to support your learning journey
• Skills of microservices platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. The successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements. Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility and citizenship.
