(Head of) Platform Engineer I London (hybrid) & up to 100k + euqity

We are currently looking for a Platform Engineer for a Sealth Startup Client in the Fin-Tech world. This would be employee number 2 on a team of very heavy hitting founders, all with Cambridge or Harward PhD and 10+ years industry experience. For the first 6-9 month it would be activly coding and building the plaform, mainly in python. The plan is to hiring multiple people in the next 12 month for this team. This role would be best suited to someone who has done management of scale up teams before and is still keen to be technical involved themselfs.
