Talent Partner focused on connecting top talent with innovative companies shaping the future of technology at Talent Point

At IVC Evidensia, we’re combining our industry-leading veterinary services with modern technology to build resilient, scalable platforms that support better care. We're now hiring a Platform Engineer (DevOps) to help unify our infrastructure practices across Europe and empower teams to deliver quality software at speed.

Overview

IVC Evidensia is undergoing a major digital transformation. From modernising legacy systems to building cloud-native platforms, we’re laying the technical foundations to support over 2,500 veterinary practices in 20 countries.

The Role

As a DevOps-focused Platform Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in building and improving the infrastructure, tooling, and processes that enable reliable, secure software delivery at scale.

You will:

  • Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (using modern tools and AWS native services)
  • Drive platform consistency across multiple regions and teams
  • Collaborate with engineers, security, and product managers to deliver robust systems
  • Promote automation and a “platform as a product” mindset

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives in collaborative, agile environments and loves solving infrastructure problems at scale.

  • Strong experience with AWS in production environments
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK preferred)
  • Experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability
  • Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch and other native monitoring/logging tools
  • A track record of building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on automation and quality

At IVC Evidensia, we care about your growth, wellbeing, and work-life balance. You'll be part of a tech team where your voice is heard, and your work has a direct impact on animal health and care.
