(Head of) Platform Engineer I London (hybrid) & up to 100k + equity

We are currently looking for a Platform Engineer for a Sealth Startup Client in the Fin-Tech world. This would be employee number 2 on a team of very heavy hitting founders, all with Cambridge or Harvard PhD and 10+ years industry experience.

For the first 6-9 months it would be actively coding and building the platform, mainly in Python. The plan is to hire multiple people in the next 12 months for this team. This role would be best suited to someone who has done management of scale-up teams before and is still keen to be technically involved themselves.
