£38,000 - £42,000 + Hybrid Working (50/50 split) + Career Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Life Insurance + Health Cash Plan + Full Training
Location: Watford (Commutable from: St Albans, Luton, Slough, Hemel Hempstead, Harrow, Aylesbury, Stevenage)

Are you a plumbing or heating engineer looking to get off the tools and build a long-term career in technical design and estimating?

The Role:

Prepare technical quotations, drawings, and hydraulic calculations
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver high-quality project support
Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of engineering packages
Full training on CAD, CRM, estimating tools, and technical standards

The Candidate:

Background in plumbing, heating, HVAC or pipework systems
Able to read technical drawings
Looking to transition into design/estimating (CAD/estimating experience a bonus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
