Power Platform Engineer

Lifeways is looking for a Power Platform Engineer to join our growing Data & Applications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to design, build, and support solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—all within a purpose-driven organisation that’s transforming how we care for people.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and building custom Power Apps to meet business needs
• Creating workflow automations with Power Automate
• Supporting reporting through Power BI dashboards and datasets
• Working with IT and business teams to translate requirements into functional solutions
• Troubleshooting and improving existing Power Platform solutions
• Staying current with new features, integrations, and Microsoft roadmap updates

What you’ll need:

• A good understanding of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and some exposure to Azure services
• A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow your expertise in a fast-moving environment

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with SQL, APIs, PowerShell, or data modelling
• Exposure to Azure Data Factory or public APIs
• Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript or C#
