We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer at Associate level at our office in Cardiff.As a highly experienced Civil engineering designer, you will lead the project delivery on a range of Civil Engineering projects, taking responsibility for all aspects of project delivery from resourcing, technical QA and client management.ResponsibilitiesAspects of project deliveryDesign team coordination / attendance at DTMs and workshopsContributing to technical standards and innovationProject QAManage the development of Civil engineering design packages including:Surface and Foul Water Drainage design, including SAB Compliance and management of connection agreementsLevels and cut and fill designHighways and externals designAbout YouMEng or BEng in civil engineering.Chartered membership/ Associate membership of the ICE OR working towards Chartership.Significant experience in civil engineering design associated with building developmentsStrong understanding of SAB Legislation and a proven track record in managing projects through the SAB ProcessSelf-motivated team player with good people skills.Strong communication, analysis, technical design and drawing skills.Experience using AutoCAD, InfoDrainage, Civil3D, Collaborative model platforms, NBS ChorusSomeone ambitious, who believes in our values and wishes to be part of Stantec and our success.Why Stantec?We offer a collaborative, people-first culture that supports your professional growth, wellbeing, and career aspirations.
