This role is with iO Associates, supporting a rapidly growing FinTech company focused on empowering families with financial confidence. The business is scaling its platform and engineering team to deliver a seamless, secure experience at scale. Location: Fully Remote. Salary: Up to £100,000 plus bonus. Role

Title: Principal DevOps Engineer. You will be the technical lead for all things DevOps and cloud infrastructure, shaping a high-availability, cloud-native platform and mentoring a small but high-performing team. Responsibilities

Own the design and implementation of AWS-based infrastructure (including Lambda, CDK, and Serverless services) Oversee database operations and optimisation for PostgreSQL Drive best practices in automation, CI/CD, observability, and security Collaborate with developers working in TypeScript to streamline deployments and architecture Influence technology decisions and scaling strategies at a principal level Qualifications

Deep experience designing and running production environments in AWS Confidence with Lambda, CDK, Postgres, and CI/CD pipelines Experience building tools, automating workflows, and enabling teams to ship faster Ability to collaborate across engineering and product func tions Wants to have a real impact at a company changing how families approach financial education Some experience with TypeScript & Node codebase is preferable but not essential Benefits
