In this role, you will lead and develop innovative solutions to complex problems, delivering projects at various stages of maturity. You will prepare and develop electrical deliverables, collaborate with equipment vendors, and assess the condition of electrical assets. You will collaborate with the team on:
- Leading and developing cost-effective, efficient, and innovative electrical solutions in projects.
- Delivering projects at different stages, including Feasibility Studies, Concept Designs, FEED Studies, Value Engineering, and Detailed Design.
- Preparing electrical deliverables such as Single Line Diagrams, cable calculations, layouts, cable routing, containment design, switchgear configurations, and bills of materials.
- Working with vendors on equipment design and evaluating vendor proposals.
- Assessing electrical assets' condition, risks, and intervention needs with clients.
- Developing proposals and bids for the EC&I discipline and contributing to multidisciplinary proposals.
Our team covers all Energy Transition and conversion technologies, including low or zero carbon solutions. We work with private developers, utilities, government, banks, contractors, and OEMs worldwide.
Our teams are based in the UK, Belgrade, Ireland, and wider Europe, working internationally across sectors and continents.
What we will be looking for you to demonstrate:
- A degree or similar in Engineering, with significant postgraduate experience in electrical design or operations.
- Chartered Engineer or working towards IEng/CEng, and membership in a relevant institute.
- Leadership ability in electrical deliverables and asset assessment.
- Knowledge of power and energy project design, construction, and operation.
- Experience in design, calculations, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and testing of medium/high voltage systems.
