They are seeking Principal Fire Engineers to join their Manchester hub, with offices in London and Manchester and a Birmingham office launching soon. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where your skills, ideas, and leadership can make a real impact as the team grows.The Role of the Principal Fire Engineer: As a Principal Fire Engineer, you will take a leading role in delivering fire engineering strategies across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage and mentor engineers, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business, including the expansion into Birmingham. This is a key leadership position that combines technical excellence, client engagement, and business development, with the chance to shape both project outcomes and the company’s future.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, delivery, and review of fire engineering strategies.Design fire-safe solutions for a multitude of buildings.Act as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.Support and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.Contribute to the development and launch of the new Birmingham office, helping to shape its long-term success.Prepare proposals, manage project budgets, and ensure delivery to the highest standards.Represent the company at meetings, industry forums, and events.What's on Offer / BenefitsSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 + monthly target-related bonus.Private Medical Insurance.25 days annual leave.9 Day fortnight – every other Friday off.A fantastic bonus scheme designed to reward performance and contribution.A supportive, people-focused culture where your career can thrive.If you are a Fire Engineer of any level and are considering your career opportunities, please contact Megan Cole at Brandon James.
