Job Description:

We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer based in Warrington to work across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Residential, and Industrial sectors. This role involves managing multiple projects, including a new hospital (£M build value), a life sciences project in Manchester (£80M), and various residential, commercial, and industrial developments, such as converting a department store into a hotel.

You will develop designs through RIBA Stages 1-4, working independently with guidance from an experienced team and an Associate Director. The role offers a good work-life balance, with a 35-hour workweek, and flexibility to work from home or from our Warrington office three days a week.
