Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes and systems within the organisation
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Leading and managing quality audits and inspections

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Providing guidance and support on quality-related matters
  • Maintaining accurate quality records and documentation
  • Reporting on quality performance metrics to senior management

  • Experience in quality assurance within the Defence & Security industry
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in conducting audits and inspections
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional quality initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Relevant engineering or quality assurance degree or equivalent qualification
