We are currently seeking a Principal Software Engineer to join our Engineering Department in New Malden. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments and brings both technical expertise and human understanding—someone who excels in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Work on full life-cycle software development.
  2. Support diagnosis and correction of software issues experienced in the field.
  3. Participate in AGILE-based development.
  4. Participate in code reviews and regular team meetings.
  5. Liaise with System Test regarding progress of development tasks.
  6. Provide team leadership.
