We are currently recruiting for a global enterprise software provider for the role of Principal Solution Engineer. This is an exciting role that combines cutting-edge technology with strategic client engagements to shape impactful ERP solutions.

Role Overview

*Candidates must be based in the UK*

Location: Remote with occasional travel to client sites

Package: £70,000-£85,000 per annum, 30% Commission & Car Allowance

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating technical expertise on a wide solution stack and understanding the performance characteristics of ERP products.
• Translate client business use cases and technical requirements, including system modifications, into technical specifications for the Product Development team.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and implement technical proofs-of-concept to influence target clients and support sales opportunities.
• When requested by clients, using the specified programming languages to make customizations to ERP products.
• Speak with customers during the pre-sales process in partnership with the sales team, acting as the technical advisor for ERP and wider solutions.

Main Skills/Requirements

• Experience working for ERP providers is essential.
• Full UK Driving License & Access to a vehicle are required.
• Experience with the Manufacturing or Distribution sector.
• Experience with C# or similar programming languages is essential.
• Experience delivering technical demonstrations or pre-sales meetings with prospective clients.
• Pre-sales experience would be preferred.
• Experience in SQL and database technologies would be preferred.
