What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum of eight years’ experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy Strong proficiency in 3D design (Tekla essential; Revit advantageous) Chartered status with IStructE or ICE Degree-qualified (MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering, or equivalent) Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving ability
