Being required to take the lead, progressing the design, development, design proving, test, commissioning and in-service support of the equipment. Role title will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working. The salary for this role is up to £80k, depending on experience.

Whatyoullbedoing

Technical leadership of defined work packages Leading and mentoring project team members Managing Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle Proving Technical inputs to bidding activities Integration and production qualification activities Taking Prototypes and developing them into Products Work Package Generation About our company At SEA, we develop and deliver advanced solutions to make our world safer, cleaner and more efficient. Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline IfSE Membership and ASEP or CSEP qualifications encouraged Familiar with systems engineering best practice Proven experience with electrical design and product development Experience with combat systems / UK MOD Maritime Weapons Equipment Competence with requirements management tools such as DOORs NG is preferred Competence with SYSML management tools such as Rhapsody is preferred Join us and be part of something smaller - with500people in the UK and Canada - doing something bigger:
