Project/Process Engineer - Droitwich £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) Monday to Thursday (08:00 - 17:15), Friday (08:00 - 13:00) NO WEEKEND WORK Key Responsibilities to be a successful Project/Process Engineer: Reading of Engineering drawings and CAD data to ensure manufacturing and accurate tool designs Lead product inductions and ensure smooth integration into production. Confirm order numbers and ensure process accuracy. Manage and improve production processes to enhance efficiency. Oversee tooling trials and process validations. Perform CNC trimming and assembly of thermoformed plastic components. Required Experience & Skills to be a successful Project/Process Engineer: Proven experience in plastic processing, particularly vacuum forming, compression moulding, and working with composite materials. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment. Experience with CNC trimming and assembly work in a technical environment.
