We're seeking a proactive and technically minded Process Engineer to support and optimise the process stages of PCB production. This is a hands on role focused on process stability, continuous improvement, and delivering high quality products to customer specifications.
What you'll be doing as a Process Engineer:
Develop, optimise, and maintain processes within stages of PCB manufacturing.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) with setup, trials, and validation
Lead improvement projects focused on yield, quality, cost reduction, and sustainability
Implement lean manufacturing techniques including Kaizen, Six Sigma, and SPC
Troubleshoot process issues and minimise downtime
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive performance
Review customer complaints and returns, applying root cause analysis and corrective actionsWhat you'll bring as a Process Engineer in this role:
Experience as a Process or Production Engineer in the electronics industry
Strong understanding of electronic components and PCB build process
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
