We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Process Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Duties & responsibilities
* Champion the engineering function across all areas of production
* Lead the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes
* Collaborate in design reviews and liaise with equipment suppliers to integrate new technologies
* Define and measure performance metrics that push boundaries while remaining achievable
* Shape quality strategies to meet and exceed KPIs
* Create and approve process documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality operations
* Manage planning, scheduling, and project execution
* Oversee procurement of production facilities and ensure safe working environments
The Person we are looking for will have
* Proven experience in manufacturing and process engineering (minimum 5 years)
* Strong communication and report-writing skills
* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and other relevant software
* A logical, proactive mindset with excellent negotiation and planning abilities
* Quick adaptability to new technologies and a passion for learning
Qualifications
* Technical Degree or equivalent professional experience in process engineering
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Experience with high-volume manufacturing and special-purpose assembly machines
* Familiarity with machinery legislation and standards
* Expertise in process layout planning, scheduling, and change management
* Hands-on knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data analysis
* Ability to manage contractors and interface with suppliers
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
* A self-starter attitude with a hunger for personal and professional growth
