We are partnering with BAE Systems to recruit multiple Process Engineers to join their team at the Glascoed site, supporting exciting defence and engineering programmes.

The Job

Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes from concept through to commissioning and qualification. Support process design, risk management, and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Specify and qualify new equipment, ensuring alignment with safety and industry standards. Lead and support process reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and safe systems of work. Maintain detailed process documentation and manage data in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective process delivery
