A leading manufacturer with a strong footprint in the electronics industry is seeking a Process Engineer to join its high-performing production team at their Cramlington facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to take ownership of manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute directly to the site's operational excellence.
The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, the Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing processes within the electronics production remit. This includes maintaining optimal performance of equipment, implementing improvements across the shop floor, and ensuring the site operates at a high standard aligned with Lean and Industry 4.0 principles.
