You'll need analytical capabilities and technical knowledge to sufficiently understand both manufacturing equipment and processes, and will need the soft skills required to lead teams through root cause analysis and the adoption of new processes.This is what you'll be doing as Process EngineerAnalyse performance metrics, material and labour efficiency, equipment down time, waste and quality, to support data led decision makingInvestigate product and process concerns using root cause analysis methodologiesIdentify, contribute to and lead improvement continuous improvement projectsTake an active role in Health & Safety, conducting risk assessments and investigations where neededSupport daily performance targets, identifying gaps and actions to improve operational efficiencyLead weekly project team meetingsProvide monthly performance reports to OperationsWhat you'll need in this Process Engineer roleQualified to HND or degree, or equivalent experienceExperience in a manufacturing environment with process knowledge.Data analysis skills and experienceProactive and result focused with the ability to influence and drive change.Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement toolsExcellent communication skillsWhat you'll get in return25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidaysFlexible Holiday planCompany PensionLife AssuranceMedical benefitsEnhanced maternity and paternity leaveFlexible benefits packageFree on site parkingAre you up to the challenge?
