We are looking for a Team Member with a core background in engineering, who wants to join a Greenfields opportunity, which is a part of a global organisation, and be a part of a growing, dynamic team.

The objective of this position is to be the local technical expert and follow up on TOMRA’s Reverse Vending Machines (RVM). You will be required to interface with our, customers, technicians and system users. The position will be one of the technical go to people, and a product specialist for our UK Service Team.

This role will also support, with other Team Members, as a conduit between TOMRA Collection UK and TOMRA’s global team, with the head office being in Norway.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the technical expert on our products and systems
  • Analyse and report on data gathered from RVMs installed in the market
  • Provide technical input to the rest of organisation regarding the machine capabilities and different configuration options
  • Act as the escalation point for technical requests regarding TOMRA’s various RVM’s and resolve technical issues that may arise
  • Deliver full functional training to local Technicians and Service Team representatives to ensure that teams are well educated and have a comprehensive understanding of the products, including future developments
  • Suggest and implement performance improving actions across our RVM portfolio
  • Support the installation and operationalisation of our products
