Clarke Energy is seeking a Product Support Process Engineer to join our Service Operations team at our Knowsley Headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful change in a dynamic, growth-focused energy business.With a strong engineering background, you’ll identify improvement opportunities, enhance internal and contractor processes, and ensure high standards are met across our UK and international service operations.What You’ll Be DoingWorking closely with the Product Support Manager, your mission will be to continuously improve quality and process performance in the Service Department. This dual-focused role (50% internal, 50% external) offers a high level of responsibility and variety.Key areas of responsibility include:Leading process improvement initiatives across service functionsEnhancing technical quality using data analysis, research, and feedbackProducing technical reports, process maps, and audit findingsUsing tools such as Power BI, Navision, and Visio to drive insights and automationSupporting the Product Support and Global Helpdesk teams with technical queriesMonitoring and auditing internal and contractor processes for complianceIdentifying cost-saving measures and operational efficienciesLeading technical aspects of service development aligned with business growthSupporting warranty and concession process improvementsEnsuring all actions align with regulatory, health, safety, and quality standardsWhat You’ll Need to SucceedEssential Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 5 years' experience in Field Service or CommissioningExcellent data analysis, report writing, and process design skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI, and VisioStrong understanding of power generation systems and industry regulationsIn-depth knowledge of health and safety legislationFull UK driving licence (category B)Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsBEng (Hons) degree or equivalentExperience in quality/process improvement and technical auditsFamiliarity with root cause analysis techniquesWhat Sets You ApartWe’re looking for someone who is:Confident in working across teams and disciplinesOrganised, analytical, and proactive under pressurePassionate about delivering results and maintaining high standardsAdaptable, innovative, and forward-thinkingComfortable with occasional UK and international travel at short noticeWhat You’ll Get in ReturnClarke Energy offers a supportive environment that rewards excellence and innovation.
