Our client a bespoke metal fabrication workshop with a sister atelier creates exceptional products across residential, commercial and the marine sectors, including custom furniture, sculptural lighting, and architectural features. They are seeking a Production and Quality Engineer to support both their Hampshire and London sites. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone passionate about craftsmanship, quality and continuous improvement. You'll also be instrumental in maintaining their Quality Management Systems (QMS), improving production efficiency and embedding best practice. Key Responsibilities: Support and develop Quality Management Systems (QMS) Write and maintain SOPs and work instructions Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) Conduct inspections and drive lean continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with craftspeople to champion quality and efficiency What Youll Need for the Production and Quality Engineer role: Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment as an engineer Strong QMS knowledge with ISO 9001 familiarity a plus Confident managing quality documentation and processes A proactive, solutions-driven mindset Comfortable working in a workshop setting, across two sites This is a unique opportunity to ...
