Production and Quality Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and autonomous Production and Quality Engineer to join a fabulous team at a bespoke artisanal creative design and fabrication business. The ideal candidate will oversee production efficiency, ensure adherence to best practices at multiple sites, and be instrumental in developing the Quality Management System (QMS). Reporting to the Group Quality Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing the QMS while supporting lean initiatives and a continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities as Production and Quality Engineer:

- Raise and process non-conformance reports and corrective/preventative actions - Improve production efficiency and ensure adherence to best practices across multiple sites - Develop the Quality Management System and be involved in its implementation - Conduct quality control inspections at multiple sites - Write work instructions and maintain quality reporting and documentation - Support lean initiatives and have a continuous improvement focus - Build strong relationships across the business - Travel required to London a couple of days a week

Qualifications as Production and Quality Engineer:
