Job Information

As the Production Assembly Engineer you'll be located at the manufacturing facility in Sheffield responsible for the mechanical build and assembly of a range of components and systems, working from engineering drawings and specifications. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Assembling mechanical parts and sub-assemblies to precise tolerances Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete builds Interpreting and working from technical drawings and build instructions Performing tasks such as drilling, tapping, bolting, aligning, and general fitting Ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards Working collaboratively with colleagues in the engineering and quality teams Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Completing relevant documentation and supporting continuous improvement
