This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with engineers and shopfloor teams to improve build processes, develop tooling, and help scale production for a growing product range. What You'll Be Doing Help design and introduce jigs, fixtures, and build tooling. Improve build sequences and reduce changeover/setup times. Work alongside engineers and technicians during build trials. Suggest practical improvements for ease of manufacture. Assist in creating clear work instructions and process checklists.
